Sally and his brother Tony worked for years at their uncle’s pizzeria down the street – Frank Pepe.
Sally’s Apizza was bought by Sally’s mother Filomena Pepe (Frank Pepe’s sister) for her eldest son Salvatore “Sally” Consiglio. She worked with Sally to make the recipe and start the business. The rest is history.
